‘The Emotional Toll of Care – Series 2’
From Breakdown to Breakthrough
Leaders: Holly Hughson & Kitty Willis
In this workshop we will explore the differences between stress and burnout and learn together to recognise the characteristics of these two different conditions. We will think about our own reactions to stress and what might make us vulnerable to burnout. We will venture into the realm of self-care and we will ask the question – what role might spirituality play in the challenge of burnout?
